- I have been happily married to the love of my life, Chad, for 9 years! *Our Anniversary is October 7, 2000* We have three adorable children: Gavin is 7 years old (July 13, 2002), Alayna is 3-and-a-half (June 4, 2006) and Cade is quickly approaching 2 (May 20, 2008). I started this blog as a way to keep in touch with family and friends who are far away, to show pictures of the kids as they grow and change. I also use it as an outlet to talk about the things I care about, whether it be mothering, childbirth, Jesus or politics (now there's a list of things that go together!).

We (Chad, Gavin, Alayna and I) went to a pizza place with Jason, Melissa and Maddy and they had a play area that had a ball pit. Gavin and Maddy had a blast!
